We completely understand how busy life can be and at Dreams we try our best to cause as little disruption as possible. So the day before delivery you will receive a text message with your 2-hour delivery window. Then the morning of delivery you will also receive a phone call to confirm this 2-hour time slot.
You may be able to select AM/PM when placing your order if the area you live in is eligible. There is an extra charge for this and any of our Sales Assistants in stores or our Telesales Assistants over the phone (0800 652 5090) will be more than happy to discuss this with you.
