Sleep Comfort Guarantee

40 Night Comfort Guarantee 

The Dreams 'Comfort Exchange' is offered as an additional service to our customers to underline our commitment to providing a great night's sleep. The "Comfort Exchange" allows for the replacement of a mattress if the Buyer finds their original purchase to be of the wrong comfort level for them.

A comfort exchange can only be requested after 30 nights of use have elapsed.  We insist on 30 nights use, as it can take this long for your body to adjust to your new bed and for the fillings to settle.  If the Buyer decides their choice of mattress is proving uncomfortable, they may re-select to an alternative mattress of the same size. In the event that a higher priced alternative is selected, then any difference in price must be paid at the time of re-selection. We are unable to refund any difference in price if a lower priced product is selected.
A collection and redelivery charge of £49 will be applied and 'Comfort Exchanges' are limited to one exchange per product ordered.
All we ask is that the original mattress must be kept in good condition (not marked, mis-used or soiled in any way) so we insist on the use of a mattress protector.

Please note, our range of Sleep Essentials Mattresses are not included on the Dreams 40 Night Comfort Guarantee.

100 Night eve Comfort Guarantee 

The 100 night Trial – Money Back Guarantee is available across the eve Mattress only.

The 100 night Trial – Money Back Guarantee, must be requested before 100 nights have lapsed from delivery of the original eve Mattress.

One Eve mattress per household is permitted under the 100 night trial offer.

During the 100 night trial period, a customer can either exchange their Eve mattress for an alternative mattress (Comfort Exchange) or request a full refund & collection.  The 100 night trial ends, once the replacement comfort exchange mattress is delivered

Any service charges included on the order will not be refunded

Comfort Exchange - Re-delivery charges will NOT apply with an eve mattress and 'Comfort Exchanges' are limited to one exchange per product ordered.

The eve mattress must be kept in good condition (not marked, mis-used or soiled in any way), therefore we insist on the use of a mattress protector.
