Our stores are closing for now

Dear all,

I hope you’re keeping safe and well. My thoughts continue to go out to those of you who have been directly affected by the current situation.

In order to maintain the wellbeing of all customers and colleagues, we have listened to government instruction and temporarily closed all Dreams stores until further notice. This was put into action from Monday 23rd March, 6pm.

The current social-distancing guidelines mean that we’re making changes to our delivery service. We are still delivering, but only where it is urgent and critical. Our delivery team can no longer enter your home, assemble your product, or take away any old items. We can only deliver to your doorstep.

Our Customer Services team are working tirelessly to give support and advice. If you have any urgent queries, please do chat with them through our website or send them an email.

For those customers that are happy to wait a little longer for their delivery, we are available to arrange a new delivery date for you. To do this please visit or contact our Customer Services team via We do expect for the next few days that response times will be longer than we would wish.

Despite this uncertain period, we’re continuing our mission to help the nation get a great night’s sleep. Sleep is vital for recovery and immune support, so if you’re in need of a new bed or mattress, we can take orders through our website or over the phone with our friendly telesales team on 0800 652 5090.
